Our voice.
.
A means to which we can express emotions. Our humanness. Joy. Sadness. Delight. Anger. Love. Our truth of the moment.
.
I have curated patterns of holding my voice back – hiding behind shyness, avoiding the uncomfortable physical sensations that come with speaking my truths in front of others. Denying the feminine voice within me. My story.
.
Listening to @kc.baker recently reignited my passion to speak. To reframe the uncomfortable sensations as grace and potential power – allies to support me in speaking my truth. Knowing that when I speak, it’s in liberation of the collective. Of the many voices of women who cannot speak. Those that are or were silenced.
.
Learning to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. And feeling the aliveness that comes with that.
.
I’m here to tell my story. To share my voice. To be free.
